When you apply via our application form, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, contact details, cover letter, CV, certificates) exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the application process.

• Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b GDPR (initiation of an employment contract)
• Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient applicant management), insofar as necessary
• Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a GDPR (consent), e.g. for inclusion in a talent pool

Processed data categories

• Content data: Cover letter, CV, certificates, qualifications
• Contact details: Name, email, telephone
• Metadata during upload/transmission (e.g., file name, upload time)

Storage duration

If no employment contract is concluded, we will delete the application documents no later than 6 months after the conclusion of the application process (AGG deadlines).

With your explicit consent, we will store data in a talent pool for a longer period. This consent can be revoked at any time.

Recipient

Within LogiQ GmbH: positions exclusively necessary for the selection process (HR, specialist department, management).

Your data will not be shared with third parties unless disclosure is required by law or you have given your consent.

Security & Transmission

Your data is usually transmitted via TLS/HTTPS. Please only send sensitive data via secure connections.

If we use service providers (data processors) for application management (e.g., form/hosting providers), contracts exist in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Transfers to third countries only take place under the conditions of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR (e.g., EU standard contractual clauses).

The fields marked as required in the application form are necessary for processing your application. Without this information, we cannot consider your application.

I consent to my application data being stored for a maximum of 12 months for future suitable positions. This consent can be revoked at any time.
